    Female
    19
    Weighing 132 pounds.
    BMI is 24
    Body Fat % is 22.4

Last year I was 200 pounds, so when I got to my target weight I was delighted which was 5 months ago but now I want to tone up my body mainly my stomach

I know my Body Fat should be between 13% to 18% for abs to eventually show.

I only found that out recently. I was going to the gym 40 mins 4 times a week, walking 30 mins everyday and then sit ups for 10 mins when I come home but I just wanted to stay the same weight now I have to lose more weight to get to around 15% body fat

where do I go from here.. ??

I mainly jog in the gym, wouldn't have a clue about the weights

my main problem is food.. what would be the best foods for me to eat while I try lose these last few pounds and what kind of exercises should I do now??

sorry I know Im being vague :/

Congratulations on achieving your goal. In fact life long weight loss and health is achieved through multiple goals (BF%, weight, getting into a particular dress you've always had and just reminding yourself you look good. Most goals need to be realistic and time driven. I have around 8 at any one time. Half are related to BF% and weight at various points in the future, one month, 2, 6 and a year. 2 for my nutrition routine, one for completing daily exercise and one for looking good! The longer the project and the more serious you are the more important goal setting is to achieve what you want. Ignore at your peril (I did and wasted 6 months pounding away on an exercise machine with little idea what I really wanted to achieve except 'weight less', which isn't a goal...)

The stomach stores fat first and loses it last. You need to adopt a whole body aproach all of the time. Focusing on your arms or abs only will never work.

Less than 18% BF for a women is very lean indeed. 22 is considered lean.

To just hit the cardio is a comman approach most women take but if you want to achieve lower Body fat %'s then you simply MUST hit the weights big time. You may be just one of those people who can keep sheding weight but when you've burned away the fat what will it reveal? bones and rib cages with loose skin hanging over it? Or a toned strong body.

Doing endless sit ups wont provide a wash board stomach. In fact it's counter productive if you do too many too often as you may certainly be.

Good Nutrition is critical to achieving low body fat percentages. eating wholesome food, calorie cycling, carb cycling, are all important. More important than the exercise in some regards as all your hard work in the gym wont achieve the results you want if your nutrition isn't top notch.
