    Has anyone on here any experience of this product. There are a few lads on the hurling team after starting taking it. At the moment I play rugby and football and plan to play a small bit of junior hurling later in the year.
    I am reasonably fit, only a month back after an knee arthroscopy but I have always carried a little bit of weight since I was 23.
    I am 28 now and in all honesty I eat too much. My portions are way too big but I have cut down in recent weeks. I have a few pints of a Sunday evening nothing major, and the odd take away. I train at least 3 times a week with a match at the weekend.
    I am 5-10 and 15 stone but well built, ideally I would like to be 13 and ½ but would settle for 14 stone.
    Another person on this takes it with CLA lean and he is in good shape but he was never in bad shape and he plays some sports to a high level. He reckons as I do it is more down to diet but he reckons these supplements help.
    I am not sure have I set this up in the right place, but would be grateful for any help.
