Any members on here? Waited 25minutes for a bench this evening before giving up. Never in 3 years has this occurred before.

Wish bloody TF had never shut down.

So what is people's opinion on this, is it ok for a gym to take a huge influx of members and reduce the quality of service provided to members. I certainly didnt pay my membership to on the basis of waiting that long for a bench/rack.

    Hi Sundy

Usually head to gym in the morning time where possible. The increase in numbers last week in Crunch Westmanstown was staggering. I actually found myself looking around the place wondering how they would extend the place if they had to based on the numbers that seem to be joining up.

I hope,as you say, that they do not lose sight of their service and quality.

I train there every Sunday and it's really quiet, rack, benches, DB's all free.
I can imagine it with TF closing that weeknights get pretty crammed. On Sunday every 10 minutes I noticed someone new getting a tour around the track, looks like theres gonna be a lot of new members.
Last Sunday though was deadly, no waiting at all so try and get a session in then if possible

All the years I went to crunch in tallaght and dun laoghaire I never waited much. Always found it to be very a impersonal gym though and no interaction from the staff.

Glad i wasnt the only one thinkin this.

Was talking to another member who id know to see down there. there about 6 people in the free weights section we had never seen before.

Dont know if it is a sign of a busy gym but tonight i noticed more of people leaving there towels on benches while they went to cable machine or another machine. Another two guys id never seen before were using an olympic bar, 2 barbells and 4 dumbells. Never noticed this kind of hogging down there before.

Whats the going rate for membership there?

Do they have any deals for couples signing up to be members?

    Thanks
