    Supplements: Fish Oils/Fat-burners/Shakes etc!! - boards.ie

In the above thread Transform recommends Solgar mutivitamin as the magnesium oxide and calcium carbonate that's used in other brands is not desirable.

I have a Solgar multivitamin but it also uses magnesium(as oxide) and calcium( as carbonate ).

is this multivitamin good quality or not and if not what should people look out for when buying a multivitamin

does anyone know if a liquid mutivitamin is a better buy. I read that it is easier absorbed than tablet form

Never had any problems with them, one in the morning, one in the evening.

This is a very good one.

OP - I've generally found that the cheap multi-vitamin supplements you find in supermarkets tend to be very low quality, little more than placebos.

Once you find a good quality brand you like, I recommend you stick with it. The AST MULTI PRO 32 which gymsoldier has recommended is a great place to start.

does anyone know if the ingredients in these multivitamins are subjected to quality control.
