Ok, I've been here before but I'm in need of some advice again.

I'm just after reading another thread about the length of time to go from one body shape to another. I think trying to put a time frame on something like that is impossible.

What I'd like is some advice in relation to how to go from one type of body shape to another. At the moment I'd describe myself as being skinny fat.

At the moment I'd say I'm about 18% body fat with most of this lying in my stomach area.

Anyway I'm looking for some advice on a home workout to bulk up and get fit.

The last time I did this I noticed some results in a pretty short period of time. I got a (basic) level of muscle definition through my chest and dropped to 12% bodyfat pretty quickly.

In my case it's more a case of me being inactive as opposed to drastically overeating.

    Any suggestions?

What did you do to get these results the last time round?
