Need advice on burning fat?

Hi all, first time posting so be nice;)

I'm 22 and would like to burn a good bit of fat for the summer.

Since last September I walk 22km three to four times a week.
I cycle most weeks roughly 70 km
I'm a horticulturist so there's plenty physical work.
I only drink herbal teas and the odd barry's, no coffee.
No fast food since a year.
No fizzy drinks since a year.
    No meat since 1 month

    My questions are as follows,

What's the best method to burn my fat?
Are there reasonably priced fat burning tonics or tablets? (Natural ones)
What are the best supplements for a vegetarian? I'd prefer just eating more greens

My plan is to become much lighter and then focus on building up my muscles with advice from a specialist and to go swimming a lot.

    Thanks for your advice.

It's a classic mistake to only do cardio and then 'build muscle'. Trying to get lean will only result in an ever decreasing body syndrome. Hit the weights and hit them hard. Also you ned to be A1 on your nutrition. Every calorie accounted for. macronutient ratio's, good foods, bad etc.

Thanks for the reply Lantus. So how am I physically benefiting from my excercise plan? I haven't lost much weight in the last 9 months.

So gym it is then but I reckon I could start with simple things like pushups and situps etc. at home.

    Gymsoldier,

I don't eat much fish, a habit I need to change. I'd eat plenty of greens though but I do have to boost my intake of omega's.
