    Hi,

    Im thinking about starting an M.ed this year and im just wondering is there a difference in doing an online one as opposed to one where you attend classes. Is one recognised better than others?- online ones versus lecture taught masters? Im looking at the one in Mary i where u attend classes and an online one with the University of Ulster. I think id prefer the online one just because i could do it in my own time and wouldn't have to travel for lectures. Do principals prefer either or does it matter?

    Any thoughts apprepriated :)

    Depends on your future goals I suppose.

    Is it just to enhance your employment prospects as a teacher?

    Or do you intend to branch out into research, leadership, etc.?

    Different universities have different strengths.

    There are many well-regarded courses available by distance learning.
