Is this Supposed to come with all of the screws??

This came in Foliage Green, how can I return this to you and get the dark earth one?

This didn't come with the elevation piece as described.

I sent a message on the website but just in case you see this first. Just wondering can you help me?

Other than that, the mag, grip and sights are perfect. Thanks for fast service
