Assignment 56: Looking Down (Mar 24-Apr 6)

Taking photos from overhead is not always the most flattering angle, but it can give good results. At its best, it can have a real Wow factor, it can give us 'the big picture', or it can challenge our perceptions by presenting everyday sights in an abstract, visually appealing way.

So, Go forth, enjoy, and do good!

EDIT/CLARIFICATION: You don't necessarily have to be looking straight down on the subject, as the railway station pic shows below!

    The rules:
-Photos must be posted within 2 weeks of the day the task was set– so the closing time/date is midnight on April 6 2011.
-No old photos. Only photos taken with this task in mind qualify.
-Therefore, the photo must be taken after midnight on the 23rd March 2011.
-Photos must be on the given task.
-ONE photo per post. But submit as many posts as you like.
-Stretch yourself – there is no limitation to what you can do to produce the image.
-The next task/subject is to be chosen by the person who has the most thanks after their post at the closing date/time (the post must include a photo).

Not the best examples, but you should get what I mean.
