    Hi guys,

I've been working on cutting out a load of the junk from my diet and have been pretty successful, not just in controlling what I eat but how much I eat.

However, I've noticed now that I'm starting to get tireder alot easier and earlier. Nothing major now, but I used to be a bed at 1am and up at half 7 with no problems, but the last few nights I'm wrecked by 11pm and still tired when I wake up.

Is this down to the loss of all the food I WAS eating that I no longer eat?

I was like this when I started my healthy eating plan a few months ago, 1st week was great but by the 2nd week I was really tired and had no energy.
Your body was being fuelled by sugar and that was keeping you going, now it's not getting it anymore, it will take a bit of time but you will be fine in a week or two.
    That's how I felt anyway

Are you trying to lose weight or just eat healthier?

If its the latter you gotta replace the junk not just cut it out. Same for the former if junk food was making up a large percentage of your calorie intake

Trying to lose weight, but in fairness I was a serious devourer of junk food. When most people would get a bar for a treat, I'd go cinema sized bag of M&Ms, when ordering food, I'd get the XL pizza or the main with 3 sides.

I am eating alot less but I am eating stuff I wouldn't normally eat to compliment that
