    Has anyone out there any knowledge of Lighter Life and if you can get it in Cork.I have read about it on various magizines but they are all english!!!

    hi, i havent done lighter life but i did go to their free consultation last year i think it was, anyway its a diet of shakes, soups and bars, no food. I couldnt do that so i didnt sign up for it, if you have strong will power then maybe you could do it, if you google it and put in cork it may come up for you. Plus if i can remember i think it costs about €80 a week not too sure though. I have just joined motivation clinic and find it good plus you get to eat proper food :D it is expensive aswell, but sure if they work its worth it i think. hope this helps!

    cheers for that sounds very like the LIPOTRIM diet just much dearer, am hearing great reports about the KEITH ANTONY programme and its only 200 euro to join and 15 a visit to the dietitian , and ordinary food no shakes or bars !!!

    Oh i havent heard of keith antony programme is it new? Yeah i wouldnt be able do just shakes and bars maybe for breakfast and lunch but not dinner aswell ya'd be starving!! im trying motivation clinic only on my first week so i'ii let you know how i get on my first weigh in is tuesday! Have to lose 4 stone ahhhhhhh!! :D

    good luck to you its hard but every pound down is nearer your goal!!;);););)
