    hey lads would someone give me guidelines to get myself back in shape for rugby season. havent lifted since xmas due to large college load but will be fininshed for good in may, so flat out. I trained all summer and upto xmas but was very busy after and had to stop. now i have an amble chance and want to get as fit and big as possibe. pointer tips etc welcome
