I'm looking to lose some additional weight (gone from 85kg to 77kg during the past 6 months and want to lose about 5-7kg more in the next 2-3 months).

I'm doing this by cycling on the road for 15-20 miles daily, cutting down the booze and going to the gym for 45-60 minutes 3 times per week.

When I'm at my target weight, I want to tone up.

I'm going to use my 10% off voucher from myProtein (which expires at the end of the month) to buy some supplements.

I'm considering buying this bundle http://www.myprotein.com/ie/products/100-core-bundle for €122.22 including delivery after my discount.

My thinking is that there's already an 18% discount on the bundle and my additional 10% will be added to this. The alternative is just to buy protein for now - which would mean going back in a month or so to buy again without the discount and another €4.95 postage added.

I think there'd be enough in this bundle to last 3-4 months (I wouldn't be using everything at the same time).

Do you think this is a good value bundle and fits in with my goals?

Getting from 77kg to 70kg is toning up. Not something you need to try do afterwards.

70kg is quite lean, and if you were walking around for a while at 85kg then you'll prob be in decent shape if you get to 70kg.
I'm considering buying this bundle http://www.myprotein.com/ie/products/100-core-bundle for €122.22 including delivery after my discount.

    Why that bundle?
do you know what's actually in it, what they are for.
MP MAX ONE Promilk (Strawberry flavour, 2 x 8 packs): Provides a massive 38g of high quality protein and is a rich source of BCAAs, which all helps to promote repair and growth.

Alpha Men (120 tabs): Potent blend of vitamins and minerals to boost your daily intake whilst improving your overall health & wellbeing.

MP MAX Hurricane Evo (Chocolate Mint flavour, 1800g): Superb all-in-one supplement combining all the nutrients you need to build lean tissue.

MP MAX Recovery Evo (Blackcurrant flavour, 1280g): Cutting-edge recovery shake. Designed to help promote lean growth, recovery rate and re-hydration after workouts.

Impact Whey Protein (Strawberry Cream flavour, 2500g): High protein supplement to help build and repair muscle tissue.

BCAA+ (270 tabs): Easy-to-take high quality source of three essential amino acids. Helps provide energy to the muscles and prevents catabolism

Whey protein - You you are trying to cut calories, so no need for extra protein on top of your diet, but its fine if you want to replace some snacks with this to be handy.

BCAA - You don't need these. You get thes from your diet as it is.

Hurricain Evo - Protein, glutemine and creatine, basically

Recovery Evo - Protein and carbs, basically

Max one promilk - ready mixed protein (with a decent amounf of carbs). Do you need to pay for a supply of ready mixed drinks?

    Alpha vitamens - Just a multi-vitamin

Basically, its just protein is various forms. A few of which are not really suitable for somebody cutting weight 9excess carbs aren't needed imo. All these things contain calories, and will jsut eat into your defecit.
SAve your money, maybe buy some protein, fish oil and multivitamins

Just sort your actually diet. All these liquid cals will stop you losing weight
