Bloated Stomach

    Hi Guys

Just wondering if anyone could offer some advice.

I am quite fit and train 3 times a week, 9st and 5ft 5, size 8. I am happy with my weight etc but the only thing that is getting me down is my stomach. It is extremely bloated and looks flabby. I have talked to a person I know who is a trainer and he said it could be to do with stress or not having enough sleep that could be the cause as I am fairly toned everywhere else apart from here, which is strange.

I have cut out bread, potatoes, coffee etc and have changed to green tea, more veg, brown pasta/rice.

Anything I do to reduce the bloating does not help. I even thought of Apple Cider tablets or supplements but am afraid to take the wrong things.

Does anyone know of anything that can help as I am uncomfortable in trousers and everything seems tight around my stomach.

Can stress really cause the stomach to bloat?

Sorry for the long post, its just really getting me down and I cant seem to do anything about it.

    Kindest Regards
    RG
