    hey Folks,

    Havent posted on here in a while but been lurking.
    I have a quick question for people in the know here.

    I am planning on starting my first cut :) I have been paying zero attention to my bodyfat levels for almost a year now and just enjoying my strenght gains...Now I have ment all of my current streght goals I want to lost boby fat can someone recommend how to do this without losing strengh or much strenght.

    I've been thinking that cleaning up the diet, eating carbs around training (2/3 before and 1/3 after) maybe dropping the volume of my lifts but keeping the intenisty high?

    Any suggestions welcome
