Anyone know the thread that caused the most bans/infractions? I've never seen more than 3 or 4 in any one thread.

Ah no that'd get locked faster than Henry Sellers.

The megathread when Michael Jackson died had a lot of bans. Namely from people making tasteless jokes.

Its a toss up between the Thierry Henry handball incident and the Michael Jackson and Gerry Ryan threads.

yea, the man was a pervert and brought it on himself. Not really tasteless when there's so much smoke is it.

You obviously have no idea of Michael Jackson barring what you read in some trashy tabloids.

Quite tasteless to insult a man survived by three young children for a crime he never committed.

Your conveniently forgetting the kid he paid off before. Also I'm not saying he did anything, but he did sleep with other peoples children in his bed. Call me old fashioned but I think that is perverse.

.....and already, evidence of how some threads subjects mean they are never, ever going to end well.

The recent Ireland Scotland rugby match had bannings left, right and centre and was more exciting than the match itself.

You're conveniently forgetting the fact that it wasn't his choice. His record company at the time pressurised him in to settling to end the case so he'd be freed up to work on a new album and world tour (HIstory).

That and the "evidence" provided against him was full of holes and obvious signs of dishonesty.

Let's leave it though. This isn't a thread about MJ...

There was a thread ages ago where some poor lass was trying to sell 5 floppy disks.

It obviously descended into madness. There was a lot of bans handed out.

Maybe this thread by the time it matures. :p

You always have a choice, and with something like that I'd be making very careful choices for my own interest.
Ok lets leave it there then, I just don't get how his die hard fans can be so sure. Such a strange man.
Good songs though, Thriller, Bad, Billie Jean, the Moon Walk and changing from black to white. I dig all that stuff. Just led a very odd life what ever way you look at it, right?

We're sure because all the evidence points to his innocence. Both legal evidence and evidence from what he said throughout his life.

    Let's end it here though...

There was a thread in ladies lounge called something like "worst thing a woman can do" and it was around the time of the Andy Gray incident - a few bans there

Also any thread about race/immigrents usually ends well!!!

Yep, and the rugby forum in general is well known for being full of regional prejudice, shortsightedness and petty bias against Munster if you're a Leinster fan and vice versa.

If you're looking for a balanced opinion from most of the posters, it ain't the place to go!
