Half of €1.49 gives you €0.99 on their calculators

*Disclaimer: it may be the person using the calculator that's faulty

    What's wrong with Lidl calculators?
A misprint on a flyer does not mean the calculators are faulty.

Indeed. Probably a typo at the printers.

he means that their calculations are all wrong so inferring that they are using faulty calculators

half of 1.09 is not .99
    25% from 3.09 is 2.32 not 2.99
    32% from 1.49 is 1.01 not 1

Don't buy a lidl calculator, get a bigger one instead!

Sorry, couldn't resist it, I'll get me coat.:o

    What about the chops?

Original price 3.09, save 1 euro = 2.99, and somehow this amounts to 25%......

What what? "Dont buy a lidl calculator"
I have a Lidl calculator from 2007 and it works fine. The OP should've referred to a misprint or a misleading advertisement instead of castigating a product that they sell.

It looks to me like its 3.99 before the reduction its just hard to see the way the line is going through it which would make the 25% correct.

What they did is not a Sin, Cos its only a typo. Its Better Tan most places still.

They should be more Sharp in future and get with the times. All this will do is add up to a bad reputation. Everybody has an opinion on this, minus that it is just a silly mistake and they should not be put down for it. We should simply Log this as an error and return to our normal lives.

You need to tune your brain to sarcasm mode to appreciate the OP, the humour is lost if it has to be analysed. Just ride on over this one ;)

As a matter of factorial, I will try to get to the root of my problem soon so don't start squaring up to me.
