    Hi guys im looking for some advice im on a health kick since Jan. After 2 pregnancys in 3 years my body in need of a bit of attention. Since Jan ive been eating well and doing the c25k programme. I have lost 16lbs and have completed c25k can run the 5k non stop need to work on speed though. Anyways I have the weight going in right direction and fitness building through my running. Im starting zumba classes Monday just once a week and intend on keeping up my 3 runs a week the advice I need is on toning would doing the likes of a davina dvd 3 times a week be adquete I need something I can do at home cause my husband a shift worker so I wouldnt have time for gym. Whats your thoughts or any suggestions greatly appreciated.

    Hey Elsy,
    good work on the current regime.. sounds like its going good. have you any dumbells or kettlebells at home as they'd be well worth getting for your situation.. ?

    Hey Elsy - congrats on the running, i'm in a similar position but only 1/2 way through the c25k program (have the first 20min run tonight, not looking forward to it!) anyway- previous to having baby I did davina's w/o about 3 times a week and built myself a fab set of biceps lol, I really enjoyed the dvd. best of luck
