Currently using a bench press that looks like this for bench, squat and dead lift exercises. It has a 5ft standard bar with 70 Kg in weights 4 * 10kg and 6*5kg.
I am 65kg 5'10 looking to improve my lifts and get bigger. I was looking for advice on what equipment to purchase, obviously I'm looking to get quality items that will last. I was thinking a stand squat rack this and a 7ft bar this then i wanted to purchase 2 * 20kg plates 40 euro.
I am looking for advice on the quality and reliability of powerhouse to purchase from also if anyone had any other sites? and if anyone had a suggestion on other equipment that would suit me better, i am open to all opinions.I have a budget of max 400 euro.

    Bench 70kg 4*5 Squat 70kg 5*8 dead lift 70kg 5*8

If your going to be training at home alone I'd go for a power cage instead of the stands. Much more versatile and much safer for training alone.

Dunno about the bar, cheap enough but probably ok for personal use.

Good point, I searched Google and got this one quite pricey though at 350 euro. Powerhouse have a few reasonable priced racks here.

Do you think that item would cost similar shipped from Powerhouse to Irish Lifting ?

bench says max capacity 180kg not sure if thats bodyweight and weights or just weights,if its body weight and weights youd grow out of it pretty quick, and go for a power rack much safer if your training alone and has multiple uses :D
