I injured my left foot recent - I think it's a bone in the ankle - Calcaneus?

Is there any excercise I can do that isn't too hard on this. Running, even walking is out.

Also, has anyone experience of this injury, I'm not looking for medical advice just general recovery time etc.

I am recovering from plantar fasciitis at the moment.

I end up getting a assessment and recovery program for my specific needs from a physio. (however he identified some other areas that need improvement).

His advise was that swimming and cycling are ok, walking and running, dancing - no. (but this is specific to my injury, not yours)

You could probably get a lifting program that is easy on your foot too, I would recommend looking for a good sports injury therapist and getting recovery plan from them specific to your injury.

You think its your calcaneus? Have you not been to get it checked out OP?? If you do not even know the problem, people here can't relate to the same.
