    Just started back exercise after long lay off. Im about 12.10 stone and im 21. Im happy with my arms already but what be best exercise for chest and stomach to get rid of fat from these areas.

    Also should I be taking creatine, been told this will help me with my weight training. If I should when should I take it pre or post workout.

    Best exercise for reducing bodyfat to quote someone else is 'table pushaways' meaning eat less. You can't choose where your fat loss will come from.

    In answer to the creatine question, what's your diet like? How many grams of protein do you get per day?
