Pain in chest after running

    Not sure if this is the right forum...

    Anyway, i'm 18 and play sports a lot, and am reasonably fit. However sometimes when i've been running a lot, i get a sharp in the area sort of between your heart and your left armpit. I usually get this before i'm even tired of running.

    It doesn't worry me much, but when i get it it's usually very painful and it's fairly difficult to breath in a deep enough breath, and it usually lasts until the next morning. :confused: Like today at 6ish i was playing soccer for about 15 mins, got this pain and have had it since. Any ideas what it is? Just simply a stitch?
