Want to improve my fitness for soccer but my training is generally made up of full body weights sessions, HIIT running sessions and ab core workout sessions.

I was playin soccer the last day, legs felt very heavy and fitness could have been better.

Any workout suggestion? Should I be goin for long runs maybe or doin circuit trainin?

Soccer players need a lot of cardio work.
Try interval runs. Even on a treadmill.
Build up sessions to an hour.
As you get fitter - you can reduce the time/ increase the speed.
Don't do long slow runs - ruins your fast twitch muscles IMO that are needed for sprinting.

Circuit training to build up overall strength is also important.
    Concentrate on your core
