On the 25th to the 27th of March Neale Cranwel and Dean Ash are coming over to cork to give a weekend long bodybuilding experience. Neale and Dean are 2 of the best in the business so it is going to be a great experience. All my contact detailes ar on the folowing poster. Deano is great to watch on the active channel.

The best ones are where he trains with Eddie Addew - you can see they really hammer him and it's fun to watch.

Especially fun when Deano was doing legs and using pretty much the ladies weights.

He always looks like he just stepped out of the salon but by the end of training with Eddie he reminds me of Bill Murray in Kingpin!

Good guy and looks like he can take a good ribbing!:D
