How about a yogurt and tabasco dip? Or a fresh tomato and chili dip? Or a home-made avocado and tomato and scallion dip?

    home made tzatzaki
(low fat greek yoghurt, mint, cucumber and garlick)
hummus (not as low cal but very good for you)
salsa (even doritos salsa have about 40 cal for 100g).

I make that fairly regularly, mash it with a fork. I usually throw in garlic, finely diced chilli and lime juice.
