Cold coming on - should i go for a run?

    I've had a tickly throat the last few days and woke up today with sniffles, feels like i've a cold comin on, would going for a jog clear my head or make me worse???

    Probably it would prolong the cold. If you're feeling in any way unwell, I'd rest, keep warm, drink plenty of fluids and work on getting rid of the thing as quickly as possible!

    I usually go by the rule if you are feeling unwell from the neck up you are fine to work out, below the neck is probably more of a viral type illness so give it a miss to allow recovery.

    i went out was more walking than jogging today but home now after shower and i feel good so hopefully all is ok :)
