Thats the first game I ever played on the speccy. I even drew my own map of the game to help me through it each time I played it. When I finally got to the last screen I died every time, just like the guy in that youtube video.

According to Wikipedia, it's the same as Montezuma's Revenge. It was released on many platforms and for some reason the speccy version was called Panama Joe after the games protagonist.
