Building Lean Muscle

    Hey, im 18 and so far have lost 2 stone.

    Looking to lose more, but I want to get lean muscle first.

    How could I prevent my skin from sagging if I lose alot? How do I tone?

    What are good exercises for all over toning and building lean muscle?

    eating large amounts of veg(yes potatoes also), fruit and meat (with no fat)
    Lots of pasta and rice.
    Limited myself to very little bread (only enough wholemeal bread for fibre) and then very little milk, just enough to know I have a decent bit of calcium in me :D

    Well done. Keep doing what you're doing until you start to plateau, when that happens you can start counting / getting more complicated. If you start lifting weights increase your ratio of protein intake. e.g. instead of a serving of rice have extra chicken.

    Time. Your skin is a living organ, in time it will adapt to lower bodyfat percentage. You're 18, you've little to worry about... just keep losing the fat and don't worry about the skin, it will follow.
    How do I tone?
    Build muscle.
    What are good exercises for all over toning and building lean muscle
    Resistance exercises.




    Edit: Fish (salmon, mackeral, sardines) or fishoils wouldn't do you any harm.
