    today I had porridge with low fat Milk and a tablespoon of Jam .

    Dinner will be two pieces of Cod with cauliflower, brocoli, carrotts and 3 Potato croquettes.


    Tuna sambo for tea about half 5.. On brown bread


    Tomorrow

    porridge with low fat milk and a tablespoon of Jam.


    dinner will be chicken with carrotts, brocoli, onions and 2 small roast spuds....


    and probaly tuna sambo again....



    How much porridge is ideal to eat and is it ok to eat 2 times a day ?

    if anybody can give me some other foods to eat for my diet dont think it would be a good thing to eat same foods everyday....

    What is your question though, food alternatives? browse in tesco and pick any.

    Unless you give more details on what you're trying to achieve...

    Your diet is ok, eating the same things every day is not bad, if they fill your micro and macronutrient needs. Are you bored with your diet? add icecream :)

    im 6ft about 14 1/2 stone. I would love to get to 13 stone to 13 1/2 stone. at the moment I cant run Only broke my tibia / fibia late november but i can cycle and use crosstrainer and do free weights. I know that to achieve weight loss now I really have to eat properly and stick to it.... I just want some advice on other types of food to eat so i dont get bored eating the same stuff.....

    You can eat whatever you want, as long as you're at a deficit and have 1g protein per pound LBM.
