Bicep Tendonitis

First off I want to make sure that everyone knows i'm not asking for medical advice here, thats for my physio to give.

I'm just wondering have many people here experienced bicep tendonitis and how has it affected their gym performance? It was really starting to effect my overhead press before my injury to the point where I could only lift 1/2 my bodyweight overhead before the agony would start and i'd have to just stop and go home!

    Thanks

Got it a couple of weeks back from squats although i think mine was only minor compared to what I have heard from others. I just had to widen my grip. Maybe your grip is too narrow on your press and its putting pressure on your bicep when you bring it down?
