Home Economics Childcare Project Submission?

Hi folks, In a panic here at the mo. Does anyone know when the JC Childcare project is to be submitted? My daughter's teacher wants it on Wednesday but I'm wondering if this is just the teacher or is there any room for leeway i.e. when are they really submitted to the Dept of Education? Thanks in advance :(
