Hi all, Not sure if there is a thread about this already - did search but couldn't find anything! Ive a 3GS that I bought on Adverts. I had it unlocked and jailbroken and now I want to update and do it again. Thing is, Im on Vodafone and I can't remember what network it was originally on. What do you do to try find this…

Hi all,

Not sure if there is a thread about this already - did search but couldn't find anything!

Ive a 3GS that I bought on Adverts. I had it unlocked and jailbroken and now I want to update and do it again. Thing is, Im on Vodafone and I can't remember what network it was originally on. What do you do to try find this out? I've already gone to settings > carrier > automatic like I read on another google search but it doesnt seem to be the answer....

doesnt matter what carrier its on, create a custom firmware using pwnage tool or similar and it'll activate for you
