Went to the physio the other day as I was concerned weakness in my left shoulder. She said that it was more than likley a slight tear in my rotator cuff and that she recommended I do certain exercises in order to help strenghten my shoulder.

My questions is would it be recommended to do some jogging even with the injury. Obviously with it being a shoulder injury I would not be directly using my shoulder, however I'm just concerned that the movement of my arms may aggrivate the injury.

As someone who used to go to the gym 5 nights a week, I think I'll go cracked if I cant do some form of training!

Did you ask your physio? Tbh we can't really tell you the answer over the internet. Ask your physio to see what he/she thinks.
