How-to program Outlook 2007 macros?

Yo all, Wondering what would be the best way to learn how to program Outlook 2007 macros? Have done some basic Visual Basic scripting before, so would that be the best path? And if so, does anyone know a good book to read on it? Or would a different approach be better?
