Help with diet

    Hey all, I posted most of this in the main forum but thought i would put it in here as i rewrote it, might reach a greater audience and this is the right forum for it.

    I'm wanting to get back in shape build up muscle and generally tone up a good bit. I'm 21 weigh 12 and a half stone and am 5'10". I don't have that much excess weight at all really just starting to get a bit of a beer belly and people have been commenting for the last 5-6 months about my weight gain (I was quite skinny beforehand).

    Problem is i have a very strange diet due to sickness when i was younger. The only meat i eat is mince beef/steak and meatballs (little balls of pork.) I eat alot of white bread and drink alot of milk, I eat no vegetables and rarely fruit although i like fruit so that could change. I just never liked any other food, Strange i know. So i'm looking for help with making out a diet for me and what supplements i could use to help if anyone could help me with that it would be great.

    I'm also a 10 a day smoker but could more than likely give up if i put my mind to it. Drink every other weekend you could say, Wouldn't miss it.

    So your diet currently only consists of minced beef/steak, pork meatballs, white bread and milk?
    Do your meatballs come in a tomato sauce? Do you eat butter with your bread? What about potatoes? Have you ever tried fish?

    Not only but they are the main foods yes. Others being cereal, beans and just crisps and chocolate stuff. Yes tomato sauce and a bolognese sauce with the meatballs also sauces with my mince, I use butter yes dairygold or real creamery butter. Don't like potatoes and can't stand fish.. :o

    Diet should be taken in a proper manner. Try to take healthy foods in your meal such as green foods. It maintain your heart beat and provide numbers of protein required for a good health.

    If you want to lose weight, most obvious things to cut out are the crisps and chocolate, maybe the cereals also
