    Just started trying to gain mass. I'm 5.8 and weigh 63 kgs, have 13.5% body fat. I've been eating over 3,000 calories a day, all clean good foods and have been training 3 nights a week to fail using vince delmontes programme. After 2 weeks im getting a belly, should i stop eating so much until i've started to gain the strenght to lift heavier weights or should i continue to keep eating and start using whey protein also?
