It looks like there isn't going to be a live stream, probably because Jobs isn't doing the keynote. If there was it would be on the Apple site by now. So here's some links to live blogs:

Hmm, first 2 are pretty much guaranteed, Im hoping for 3, 4 is just a guess of mine that I fully expect to hear "I told you so" by seamus if untrue. 5 unlikely as jailbreakers could get in and take control of it, or else it would do away with camera accessory. 6 - we'll have to see..

front facing camera only maybe? like for facetime Id be suprised by sd card slot not a very "apple" thing to do all those leaks dont really look "apple" slick. Doubt highly that there would be a jobs appearence. iOS5 anyway better internals to keep up with the honeycomb wave and thinner....maybe something to do with the button pushing the boat out on that though

No. There are magnets on the new iPad that allow them work or something. Different thickness as well.

Don't think so as there seem to be magnets built into the iPad 2 which correspond to magnets in the new case.
