    Hi all,

I have just been trying to find some good Irish Health blogs which give general tips on lifestyle and diet.

I know there are loads of stuff out there from UK or US or that but I am just really interested in trying some good Irish material.

    Any recommendations?

When it comes to health and diet I personally don't think it matters so much where the blog originates from.
The blog http://wholehealthsource.blogspot.com/ has well written and well referenced articles which are mostly applicable to anyone outside the US.

FWIW I follow these Irish ones
    http://www.irishfoodbloggers.com/
    http://foodfloraandfelines.blogspot.com/
    http://www.slowfoodireland.com/

I also think that the likes of Darina Allen and Richard Corrigan are great advocates for eating real food.

    Hi thanks for reply,

To be honest I am looking for blogs which are more oriented towards lifestyle change and the role diet can play in that. Like ti easy to find info. on cholesterol etc. however, I would like to see what Irish bloggers are really saying about issues like cholesterol or obesity.
