    I want to buy a piece of exercise equipmet but I am limited to one piece due to storage space-also gym not an option as I'm working for nearly 16 hours a day in an office.
    A friend told me a rowing machine would give me an all around exercise as opposed to other machinery which would just exercise certain parts of the body.
    Need to start exercising more- have reduced my weight using diet from 24 stone to 19 stone in 4 months and would like to start exercising.
    Any one any advice?

    Buy a squat rack, bench and a pair of runners. Weights inside and run/walk outside.

    +1 for runners (or bike if its easier on the knee's) and a 15 or 20 kg sandbag.
