    Hey guys,

    I'm looking to move jobs and was just wondering if anyone has advice. I have about 3/4 years Java under my wing but want career progression thats not being offered where I currently work.

    I really want a forward thinking, innnovative company. Any one know of any companies like this? I don't just want to be submitting my CV everywhere
