Hi All, Anyone know where I can buy some dextrose? Gonna start using it in recovery. I can see it for sale online but do an supermarkets or shops sell it off the shelf, I'm in the North East also in Dublin occasionally. Thanks!

Get glucose in the baking section of any supermarket. Same thing.

If its not in the baking area it should be in the babyfood section.

Ended up buying some Dextrose and Maltodextrin from myprotein.com.
Cheap as chips !!

Unless postage is free, not likely to be cheaper than Dunnes. Half a kilo for 95 cents the last time I looked.
