    Can anyone recommend GOOD - EFFICIENT - COMFORTABLE snore blocking ear plugs please ?

    got great travel ear plugs in boots. definitely do the trick.

    Yeah looking for some myself had ones in boots and they were not great could not get them in comfortably and didnt keep out the noise.

    The best I have found are available on the British Snoring & Sleep Apnoea Associations website.
    A website with loads of good info by the way.
    They are called snore calm foam earplugs
    I have found them to be the most effective but also the easiest on the ear. My ears get irritated after a bit with most ear plugs and I tolerate these best of the lot I have tried.
