Upper Body Split

    Hurt my hamstring at the weekend so laying off usual gym routine which consists mainly of leg work for a week or so. Want to get some ideas of some upper body stuff could do in the meantime.

    In my current program all I do upper body is bench and lat pull one day and incline bench and pullups the other day.

    Probably be going to gym 3 times during the week so looking for suggestions on what I could do on those days.
