Honestly, unless you are the sceond coming of some god or other then what you are trying to do is impossible!!!

Muscle and Fat are two totally different compounds within the body and you cannot turn Fat into Muscle and if you stop training your Muscle does NOT turn into Fat.

So I imagine that what you actually want to do is drop body fat ("lose a bit of weight") and build yourself up a bit/lot ("turn fat into muscle").

To lose body fat, you will need to make sure that you eat a clean diet 90% of the time and eat slightly less calories then your body requires on a daily/weekly basis.

To build some muscle you will need to lift increasingly heavier objects (heavy is relative to where you are starting from, and maybe body weight is heavy at the start) to encourage your body to strengthen its existing muscle and possibly grow more.

Again your diet will be vitally important if want to gain lean weight while keeping fat gains to a minimum. You will also need to be eating slightly more calories daily/weekly than your body actually needs and eat sufficient quanity of good protein sources to ensure that you are giving your body what it needs to repair and build muscle.

Read the stickies at the top of the page regarding nutrition and get your diet dialled in before you even start to consider whether you should be taking Protein or Creatine. These products are supplements and should be used to address shortfalls in an already good diet. They are NOT magic powders or potions which will "turn Fat into Muscle"!!!

    Supplement with both.
Have 1-2 protein shakes per day and put 5-10g of creatine in with a scoop of whey.
Train hard 3-5 times per week using resistance training.
Eat clean 90% of the time.
record what you do for 6 weeks.
    Take before and after pictures.

Then start tweaking things a little.
Spend more time training than talking about training and you;ll be grand.
