I remember watching the UK election results a few years ago and the same constituency had the record for the quickest count, I think it was sunderland.

Anyway I digress, How long roughly before the first counts start coming in ?

Wexford- Mick Wallace is polling very strongly in areas he would not have been considered strong - they believe he will get a very big vote.

According to @RTElimerickcity twitter, 10 boxes have been tallied and shows: FG Noonan at 25%, FF O' Dea on 19%, LAB O' Sullivan on 17% and SF Quinlivan on 15%.

    Big surprise...
In Mayo with 10% of boxes tallied Fine Gael is on 64.4%, Fianna Fáil is on 17.2%, Labour 4.7%, Sein Féin is at 5.2%, Green Party is on 0.35% and Independents and others 8%. Fine Gael party members say they are on target to take four of the five seats in Mayo.

1031: The first tally from the cross party tally people in Waterford is showing the two Fine Gael candidates polling well. 15% of the boxes have been opened.
I'm expecting FG to win first two seats then its very tight for next two seats with 4 plausible winners.

Today is our day. It looks like FF will be decimated in Dublin. The rest of them ran off into the sunset with their fat pensions and wouldn't face us at election day. I will be very happy today looking at their faces when being interviewed later giving their explanations on why they were booted out.
