Some decent tutorials for making your own on youtube. I posted up a link a while back. If you're interested do a search.

Saw that one..Thanks..Get the feeling it may be a bit dodge..I tried ringing the number but it has been disconnected...They also look like new, and the chances of it being genuine at the price is "hopeful"!

    Many thanks though.

Thanks, Khannie..That is option number 2! I suppose like a lot of other things, you would have splashed out a few years back, but given the glorious cesspit FF and our inglorious leaders have brought us in to, things are a lot tighter now!

Many thanks for your help..Did you lash one together yourself?

Next option is to sign up to a class or a personal trainer that uses these..

Anyone got any ideas for Dublin or North Wicklow area?

    Many thanks to all

A trainer in dublin whos user name is transform posts here a lot, he is a big fan of the TRX so would be ideal, his site is here
    http://www.dominicmunnelly.ie/

Here are some exercises that can be done on rings or the TRX

You can see more guides on making them in my signature link, under suspension trainers.

You might be right...it's been there a long time. What do you want to do with them, would a set of rings not work?

I came across this one this morning..

    http://www.v-tapershaper.com/flexstraps/flexstrapspro.html

UK based company and it looks suspiciously based on the TRX system.

I really like my one :)

Make sure you get a 'real' one, I've seen a few knocks offs (plenty about) including ones with cam buckle failure, here's some links to help you distinguish:

TRX Fitness - Counterfeits [Also the authroised reseller for the UK]
Fake TRX Article and Follow-up (more pics)

If you do get one, check out some of the supporting content on the TRX site:
    http://www.fitnessanywhere.com/trx-resources/trx-exercise-video.php
    http://community.fitnessanywhere.com/videos/

I've got great use out of mine especially when traveling or at home. When I've used it with clients they have got a lot out of including it as an element in their workouts. Enjoy it.

    Howdy, Howdydoodle,
I am a bit sceptical given the price versus what it is avalable for online (189 and 199 dollars on the Official site)

So, could you email me some pictures please?

Also, do you stock the Force model?

    Many thanks,

    Chris:cool:

You could also take a look at the AST too, similar product, but I've no idea what the quality is like either, I'm sure an internet search would help you out there though. http://buykettlebelldublin.com/products/ast-trainers
