Yep - I started about last October and have been going since.

It works for me.....I'm lazy and any excuse not to exercise has been my failure for years. I hate gyms, but would have been a fairly regular jogger. The excuses like "it's dark, it's not safe to go out for a run" and "it's raining" or "it's too cold" don't cut it for me any more - classes run regardless of the weather!

The instructors push me far more than I ever would myself. Each class is an hour of intense workout. Class instructors vary all the time, each have their own style, so classes are always different, but there's always a lot of running. I get home after each class wrecked. :o

As a fitness program, it probably has its critics, but like I said, it works for me, and I've never been fitter. :)

They also run extra free events - nutrition talks, meet physio's, weekend hillwalking.
