So, I've just reached my desired bodyfat/muscle mass target and now its a case of maintaining it. This might sound a bit ott but its a bit scarey when you've been eating a certain way for so long, enjoying the odd treat now and then, and suddenly, youre sort of given a free reign. Ok, not so free, but its still a case of calories in V's calories out, but I dont count the calories, and frankly, dont want to be consumed by numbers everyday.

Have any of you managed to maintain a certain level and what did ye do? I'm probably going to keep training exactly the way I'm going, but be a bit more chilled out at weekends. Just dont want to loose anymore, or gain anything for that matter!;)
