    Hello folks,
This would be my average food intake and exercise on any given day. I have chosen a non working day and a work day. Could you tell me if there is anything glaringly wrong with this diet for weight loss. I'm not really bothered if I'm wrong by a few grams the odd day, I would like to know if I need to change one item I eat or loads. The times during work are the times I have to eat and exercise, my rest day is pretty open.

    Non Work Day.
9am bowl of porridge made with half lowfat milk and half water. Topped with 1tbs museli, 1tbs seed mix and sprinkle of cinnamon.(this is my standard porridge mix 40g dry porridge)

10am 1 medium boiled egg and 1 slice soda bread with low low

    12:30 80g grilled turkey steak
    45g tuna in brine
    65g beetroot
1 slice soda bread with low low
1 small glass low fat milk

    2pm Banana

    4pm 40min fast tempo run

5:30pm Irish stew with brown basamati rice
    1 muller bio yogurt

    9pm 40g turkey steak

    Work Day
6am wake and leave for work

7am Bowl of cornflakes with lowfat milk

    9am 2 poached eggs
    2 lean rashers
    beans
    1 slice soda bread
    1 small glass milk (lowfat)

    10:30am 1 orange
    1 apple

    12:15pm 30mins swimming (or 40min fast run)

    1pm grilled half turkey steak
    tuna
    beetroot
    30g wholewheat penne

    4pm 1 orange
    1 banana

5 pm very tired and starving

6pm ham and cheese sandwich on brown bread

    7:30pm Arrive home

    8pm 2 mini chicken fillets
    small tin baked beans
1 small almond roll (a treat)

I drink between 5 and 8 pints of water a day. I am following a training plan for a half marathon and am training hard.

Thanks for taking the time to read my post and hopefully you can give me some advice.
