Hi, soup is an excellent way to consume good foods and nutrients IF you are making the soup yourself that is...

There are 100's of different brands available on super market shelves and it is difficult to know how good they all are. We all know that most of these foods are packed with extra salts, sugars and other additives...

Can anyone recommend a soup (brand) that is loyal to being healthy rather than mainly focusing on tasting good, thanks in advance...

Cully and Sully are good but very expensive and also low on calories so you would want to eat them with something else or add in some butter or cream

Are Cully & Sully really that healthy... if so what are the healthiest ones...

Well the ingredients are on the website, and everyone's definition of healthy is different, so why not check them out yourself?

They are actually quite high in salt so if you eat a lot of pre-packed food that would be a problem, but I don't so that doesn't bother me.

Yeah, i don't think they are actually that healthy... probably healthier that other brands available but they are a long way from what you could make yourself...

I agree Cully & Sully are both lovely, and could be a bit healthier. The packaging only gives calories per 100g too.

I've been happy with the Baxters healthy options range - their tomato and basil is tasty. That said, I mostly make my own and freeze it.

What about the Knorr organic pouches? Are they good?
